INDOASLI @ Central i-City, Shah Alam

authentic Indonesian food from different regions of Indonesia in one restaurant.

Tempe Sira


First, we had their Tempe Sira as an appetizer while waiting for food to be served. 
A condiment served with Peanuts, Anchovies, Fried Bean Curd and Tempe in 
a sweet, spicy and sticky coating. What a great introduction to your meal!

Tahu Telur

 
An Indonesian tofu with egg presented as a high tower of crispness 
with a spicy and sweet sauce. Crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside.
 
Priced at RM 11.90

 

Ayam Bakar Sate

 
Their Ayam Bakar Sate is another worthy mention. It's tender and juicy to the bite which is 
definitely a perfect combination of texture and flavour. A quick and filling meal with a moist texture!

Gulai Ayam Padang

 
A traditional Indonesian dish of chicken cooked in a spicy rich 
curry-like sauce called Gulai. This dish is not overly spicy but is so flavourful, 
rich and creamy with a delicious blend of flavours that goes well with the chicken.

Rendang Kambing

A mildly spicy, rich and flavorful, semi-dry curry with aroma of the exotic spices.

Cumi Bakar Jimbaran

 
A grilled squid dish cooked with a fragrant special cumi bakar sauce.
It's a mix of sweet, savory and spicy!

Terung Raos Khas Bandung

Flavourful battered fried eggplant, with spicy caramelized coating. 
It's crunchy outside and soft inside, yet a little bit spicy for me.

Nasi Tumpeng Ayam Bakar Percik Bali


This is a traditional Indonesian dish served with cone-shaped rice with side dishes and 
garnishes styled around it. Not forgetting its roasted spiced chicken with percik gravy.

Ikan Talapia Goreng Renyah Sambal Nusantara


This dish is prepared in such a way that when deep-fried, freezes into a pose that resembles a 
flying fish. Crispy skin outside and moist inside. It goes well with the accompanying dipping sauces.

 Aside from its main courses, they serve a delectable variety of desserts.

 

Jeli Dalam Telur


Served with Vanilla Ice Cream and two cute jelly eggs.

Popia Pisang

Spring rolls served with grated cheese, chocolate sprinkles, condensed 
milk and bananas. Crunchy and light with a well balance of sweet!

  一開罐就聞到蔥花香氣四溢
香蔥口味很特別,帶一點鹹味
酥脆的蝶蝶酥加上帶點鹹的蔥很好吃



蔥香味濃郁,味道久吃不膩
不喜歡甜的人,可以選擇這個口味哦!
我個人比較喜歡這個搭配!



蝶蝶酥的大小適中非常好入口
剛好一口下肚,不會邊吃邊掉碎屑
不會吃到滿地都是,很適合當辦公室零食

一口咬下酥酥脆脆,還有淡淡的奶蛋香
口感豐富,吃到嘴裏就化開了,入口即化
能吃出多層次的口感在嘴巴內散發出來
不會太甜,也不會吃到口渴的感覺

  奶油原味是38熊的經典口味
散發出自然的奶油香味,奶香味十足




吃起來感覺滿嘴都是奶香和蛋香!
但它的奶味不會很濃厚,也不會太甜或油膩

芝麻蝶蝶酥的口感豐富酥脆
加上芝麻的味道特別的香

October Favourites 2019 | 3 New Beauty Products To Upgrade Your October



My October Favourites





1. Fragrance

Feeling love with Gems Power By Tous, a fragrance with fruity and floral scent!
Inspired by the power of gems, a fresh and cheerful scent with notes of exotic fruits, 
white flowers and a touch of white musk.




2. Drink

My recent favourite Korean drink, Olatte. I love to have it with Korean Spicy Noodles 
as they go so well together, especially its smooth milky latte-like texture. It's a milky 
and fruity Korean beverage comes in 2 different flavours: Peach and Apple. Not to 
mention, it's Halal! You may get them at selected 7 Eleven stores in Malaysia!




3. Hair Treatment

Hey! Deux Yeoza Rapunzel Hair Leave In Treatment, one of my all-time favourite hair treatment. 
 And yes, the brand name is called Hey! Deux Yeoza, it's a Korean brand consisting leave in daily 
 nutritive treatment with a 6 in 1 total care system which serves as treatment, serum, lotion, hair oil, 
 hair essence and hair pack. Moist Day, a day hair treatment helps to coat your hair and seal in 
 moisture. Enriching Night, a night hair treatment helps to repair and restore dry, damaged hair 
 while you sleep. I like how it improves my hair condition, making it softer and smoother with its 
 quick absorbing and non-greasy texture. Not forgetting its nice and refreshing floral scent!

DOWN TO BONES @ Sanctuary Mall, Eco Sanctuary



Drop by this vintage coffeeshop-like cafe Down To Bones
a casual Western eatery with an Asian twist.



Love the tender and juicy meat of the Pork Ribs that is just addictively good.



Mix Wings includes a mixture of Hot Wings and Honey Soy Wings
Perfect combination with Asahi Beer!



First time trying Sambal Bak Kwa Spaghetti and its surprisingly good!



Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti with fresh shiitake mushrooms and cream.



Aglio Porky Olio Spaghetti in sauteed garlic with baby ribs.



Lamb Shoulder with fresh mint sauce, buttery mash and coleslaw



Grilled Whole Herbed Chicken Thigh with butter sauce, buttery mash and coleslaw



Not forgetting their signature Mango Fried Pork Rice Bowl which 
is also one of my favourite dishes for the evening!
