and detailed makeup application on small surface of the skin with its pointed tips.
These makeup puffs are versatile enough to use dry or wet for different finishes. If
you
prefer a glossy dewy effect with a moisturizing finish, soak it in water before using. If
you prefer a matte effect, use it dry for full coverage. They are made out of non-latex
