which is known as Ban Mian (板面) or Mian Fen Guo (面粉粿) in Chinese, 
delivering great dining experience with cozy setting.

传统板面条
Traditional Flat Noodle Dry


Dry Pan Mee served with Fried Anchovies, Mushrooms, 
Black Fungus, Fried Bean Curd Sheets and Minced Chicken, sprinkled with Spring Onion.



The Dry Pan Mee comes with a bowl of anchovies based soup.



Rich in taste and smooth in texture.
I love the texture of their noodles, firm, springy and chewy to the bite!
And it tastes just right with a QQ texture!
The crisp and crunch of the bean curd sheets and anchovies add a hint of some savoriness.

窝蛋参巴虾米板面条
 Sambal Shrimps & Half Boiled Egg Flat Noodle


Dry Noodle sprinkled with Minced Chicken, Spring Onion and topped with a poached egg.



It comes with a anchovies based soup and Sambal Chilli Shrimps.
The Sambal goes really well with the noodles by adding flavour and taste to it.



 It was flavorsome and firm to the bite with an explosion of Asian flavours!
Let the egg yolk flow into the noodle and mix the Sambal together with the noodles.

Enjoy the noodles with the creamy texture of the flowing egg 
and a hint of spiciness of the Sambal!

Definitely a MUST-TRY!

传统面粉糕
Traditional Hand Torn Noodle


Instead of passing the fresh dough through a machine, the dough was torn into pieces by hand.
The Pan Mee is cooked in stock made by boiling dried ikan bilis.

It has similar ingredients with the Dry version.
The noodles are topped with Minced Chicken, Black Fungus, 
Spring Onion, Mushroom, crispy Deep-Fried Anchovies and Bean Curd Sheets.



It was nicely cooked to flavor with smooth texture.
The hand torn noodles were soft and silky where it just glides down your throat!
The soup is sweet and flavoursome with aromatic flavours.

Coriander Hand Torn Noodle



Home made dough blended with fresh Coriander.

Silky-smooth noodles with generous helpings of Coriander leaves, 
topped with Chicken, Black Fungus, 
Spring Onion, Mushroom, crispy Deep-Fried Anchovies and Bean Curd Sheets.

To all Coriander lovers, you shouldn't miss this!

客家擂茶板面条
Hakka Pounded Tea Flat Noodle Dry 


 Have you tried "Lei Cha" in noodle form?

The term "Lei Cha" means specifically a thick green herbal soup made by the Hakkas.
Nowadays, "Lei Cha" has expanded to mean the entire meal which is eaten with the soup.

In Noodle Shack, they serve "Lei Cha" in noodle form loaded with vegetables!
Served with Peanuts, Tofu, French Beans, Sesame Seeds, Spring Onions, Sayur Manis and Chye Poh.



It comes with a separate tea soup.



It was my first time eating "Lei Cha" in noodle form. Worth trying out!
The noodles is further augmented with the peanuts and vegetables for some bite sensation. 
The noodles were nicely cooked and chewy to the bite.
Pour the tea soup over the noodles and mix together for deliciously wholesome noodle bowl.

手打鲛鱼丸汤
Home Made Mackerel Fish Ball Soup


Made with Mackerel Fish.
Homemade fish balls are always good!
You can tell by seeing the uneven texture on the fish balls.
Enjoy the firm and springy texture with every bite.

 Stuffed Bean Curd Roll with Taucu Sauce


Their Stuffed Bean Curd Roll is another worthy mention.
A simple yet delectable snacks to munch on with fish paste stuffed.
