Here's a brief update about a self-care workshop that I attended on 9th
November at Luxasia
Training Room, Northpoint Midvalley. This beauty ritual workshop is
organized by AHC,

where we got to learn the right and
most effective way to apply skincare and how to
massage our face with
their Aesthetic Spa massage techniques using AHC's star product!

After applying the toner and lotion, let's get started with the eye cream beauty ritual massage.
Application
First, apply the eye cream under the eyes, forehead, cheeks and chin.
Neck
Applying pressure using the palms of your hands and massage the neck from the front to the back.
Face
Massage from the center of face outwards, applying pressure towards the temples,
then behind the ears and towards the contour of the jawline and chin.
Eye Bags
Use your ring finger to stroke the lower frame of your eyes, increasing
the pressure towards the temples and lifting the eye brows.
Eye Lids
Gently press the upper frame of your eyes and eye lids, slowly towards the temples.
Mouth
Use your middle finger to lift the corners of your mouth to prevent laugh lines
and also to help draw blood circulation to the mouth area to make your lips fuller.
Nose
Apply pressure at your nose bridge on each side and stroke upwards.
Ear
Make a peace sign and place your fingers between the ear and massage.
Neck & Shoulder
Apply generous amount of pressure to release tension around the neck and lymph nodes.
